Engagement Session at Central Park by Destination Wedding Photographer

Brigitte and Julian are getting married at Old San Juan, Puerto Rico (their homeland). Their engagement session was *also* going to be there, until, well... life happened. After rescheduling a lot of times due to different reasons, B&J were discouraged about their engagement session, since it looked impossible to have it done: they were moving to NY, and the clock was running out. Their last day in Puerto Rico, we decided to wake up early and try to do their photos again... to no result. I sat in my car, phone in ear, watching how a storm happened before my eyes, when I heard myself say the following words: "well, I can visit you and have the photos done on New York City!"

Quickly we started dreaming about the session, and I could feel their spirits lifted back again. We scheduled the session on my only free weekend before their wedding, which coincided with the beautiful spring bloom of Central Park. I repeated many times to B&J during the planning process, that I wanted to do something really special for them, and I'm so happy we got it! What we thought was bad luck turned into an afternoon of cherry blossoms, venetian gondola photobombs, warm weather, and most of all: a happy couple!

Brigitte & Julian: you are something else! Your chemistry and dynamics made our NYC visit SO worthwhile, and I can't wait to capture your wedding day on Saturday!
