Romantic Wedding and a Great Party at Hacienda Campo Rico

After meeting and falling in love with the beautiful couple that Kylie and Irving are on their dreamy Old San Juan engagement session, their wedding countdown felt like forever! Finally, when it happened, it was the best day ever at Hacienda Campo Rico.

Wedding Getting Ready at Marriott Stellaris San Juan Resort

My day started at Irving's suite at the San Juan Marriott. He was there with a ton of cool groomsmen, and also his parents, who were helping their son get ready. We had plenty of time, so we walked around the hotel for groom portraits before going to Kylie's suite. Then, we went upstairs for Kylie's suite, where she and her bridesmaids were getting ready by the talented Caridad Vidro.

While they got finished, I played around with the bridal details. The botanic foliage theme with peach accents was lovely, and I loved how it looked with the soft blue bridesmaid dresses. We were in a rush for this one, but we were lucky to be so close to the church, I could stick with Kylie until the very end.

Wedding Ceremony at Stella Maris Parish, Condado

I love Stella Maris Church, it's beautiful, freshly renewed, it has air conditioning, and in this instance, it was within walking distance from the getting ready hotel, so it was so convenient for us as wedding photographers. The ceremony was lovely, beautiful, and full of that sweetness that makes Kylie and Irving them.

Hacienda Campo Rico

After we finished the ceremony and the group photos, we went straight to the lovely Hacienda Campo Rico. While the newlyweds and their wedding party arrived for the second set of portraits, I did the decor photos. I can only photograph the ballroom decor and table settings during a specific time window, right after the wedding decor team ends setting up, and right before the guests start orbiting around looking at the decor. In outdoor, open venues like Hacienda Campo Rico, that's a good 15 minutes.

The wedding party arrived, so we started with group and family pictures and then started doing Kylie and Irving's. Since the ceremony time was so early for this one, the bride and groom portraits didn't quite happen at the best lighting, but they were happy to give us a third set closer to sunset. Eventually, the party started, and my friends, what a party! Thanks, Kylie & Irving, for this fantastic night you put together for all your friends, family, and vendor team.
