It’s always a privilege when I'm hired as a photographer for a wedding at Hacienda Siesta Alegre. This Hacienda is located in Rio Grande near Puerto Rico’s National Rainforest El Yunque.

When Carolyn & Carlos were asked about what they love about each other, their responses were:

• Carlos: “She’s beautiful both inside and out, she’s the most caring person I’ve ever met, she has a sense of adventure I just love about her. Carolyn gets me out of my confort zone, she feeds me well. She’s gonna be a great mother to our children. She’s the right woman for me.”
• Carolyn: “He’s a man of integrity, thoughtful, and I like he remembers dates. He makes me and others feel special when we’re around him. He’s funny and adventuresome. My life’s much better with Carlos in it. He’s gonna be a great dad.”

Two Soulmates that Found Each Other

I don’t know if you can see the resemblance between these two descriptions, but for me, Carolyn & Carlos seem so like-minded, that I’m glad they found each other. Carlos was born in Spain, and Carolyn in the United States. Life worked mysteriously so they would be able to find each other, fall in love, and marry each other in such a beautiful day.

Wedding Guests from all Over the World to Celebrate in Puerto Rico

Over a hundred of their loved ones joined them from all over the world to celebrate their union, infused with beautiful tropical rustic floral decor, wanderlust-themed accents, sparkling lights, beautiful nature scenery, but most importantly: filled with love and excitement. They were quite a festive crowd, as the party continued for hours... and not one person sitting down.

It was a beautiful day, and I was definitely so blessed to be trusted with its memories. Felicidades y bendiciones to the newlyweds!
