Shortly before their wedding, Marie and Michael hired me to document their short and sweet destination wedding at the Courtyard Marriott, in Isla Verde Puerto Rico.

My day started at their wedding ceremony right in the terrace of the Courtyard by Marriott Resort in Isla Verde, which was filled with cute doggies, nervous laughter, and loving smiles.

Afterwards, we had just the perfect hazy afternoon to do portraits by the beach. They were so relaxed & laid back, I just loved how natural they behaved in front of the camera. When we couldn't take the 3pm heat, we rushed back into the hotel for the reception.

What I love about destination weddings, is that guests are always on vacation-mode. They are ready to have fun and will work it on the dance floor, which, obviously, makes for awesome & fun pictures!
