Last December, I photographed Melissa and Amado's first-year anniversary at the serene Chalet del Campo Airbnb in Las Marias, Puerto Rico. This hidden gem in the mountains set the stage for a love, laughter, and intimacy celebration.

There’s something magical about the air in Las Marias, especially at sunrise or sunset. It’s crisp, peaceful, and enveloped by lush greenery – the perfect ambiance for a heartfelt anniversary session. Our photos began outside, letting the couple immerse themselves in the open space.

The lovebirds plunged into the pool to wrap up their session, adding a playful twist to the evening. There’s a particular magic in watching a couple so comfortable with each other, surrounded by the soft glow of the setting sun against Puerto Rico’s mountainous backdrop.

The water brought a refreshing, spontaneous element to the session, and their laughter echoed as they splashed and embraced.
